Objective:
Produce sales and profits by achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.

Sales ability and good communications skills. A team player who is able to work effectively in a positive manner with others. Must be able and willing to work varied shifts (days, evenings & weekends).

Store Manager
Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize BUSINESS needs to strategically schedule in order to
accomplish business objectives.
Accountable to lead in the coaching and development of all team members through
setting expectations, communication, coaching and feedback.
Execution of all Company strategies and ability to deliver sales results.
Responsible for all aspects of store management, including execution to Company
Standards, training, customer service, visual merchandising and store
operations.
JOB Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Previous Management Experience (would be considered an asset)
Positive attitude a must!
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Self Starter
Strong Leadership Skills
Good Organizational and Communication Skills
